PunBB Experts are going to show you how to use a proxy in windows 8 Only
Press [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] key and letter "c" at the same time and select "Settings" then you will need to select "Change Pc Settings" then you will need to select "Network" Then select "Proxy" you should now be in a screen like this:

follow where the arrows are in the image need to be turned on the box with the
needs to be then the boxes with the XXXX.XXXX.XXXX.XXXX is where you would put the proxy address then the port number in the port box then put a in the box for do not use proxy server for "local" addresses then once you have this done select save then you are set restart your computer and browser.
